I was reading stories of fairie sightings on your website when my brother's friend knocked on the door to play.My dog was barking at some thing on the ground.I looked and I saw a white figure with wings quiet small and a bigger blue figure with wings.They were moving in circles like a little dance.My parents don't think that fairies are real so I went and get them.By the time we got to the spot where they were they where gone.I am fairie beliver not knowing they'ed be in my house.Then I saw more and more coming seeing them in different colors and in bigger groups.I didn't know if I should be scared or not?

i really need some help attracting fairies. im thirteen(fourteen in 2 weeks) and i love fairies. When i was 10, i was in the forest with my best friend and we heard fairies coughing,screaming,laughing and singing.it was the most magical experience! from then on i put food in my garden,and it always went! i used to make fairy things,leave food and throw parties and drinks for them! when i turned about 12,i forgot about leaving food out...but as ive been searching the internet ive rememberd how magical fairies are,so i keep leaving food out in the same place-but it never goes. i leave it on a litle pinecone table i made with sparkley jewels next to it , right at the bottom of the hidden part in my garden. Its chocolate too,which always used to go. Im really sad because i want that magic back!!

this past summer i visited my grandmothers house. she has a very green thumb and a very big garden. one day we decided to build a fairy house, because we had both had expieriences with fairies before. so after we built it we went inside for a while. after about 1 and a half hours we went to check it and the door was open. ok so after aoll of that happened we went out in her porch and i started to sing a song while quickly glimpsing were the fairy house was. all of the sudden i saw something, like a white figure somehow flew right in front of my eyes. and i knew it wasn't a but for it's size, it was about 3 inches tall. i think it hid behind my grandmothers white statue because it looked like it had an extra teeny second head! i hope i get more expierriences with the fairy's.  oh and by the way my first expierinence with fairys was when they gave me a letter saying they would always love care and look after me no matter what! you should try it one time.... show that you really DO belive in fairys!!!!!!

I strongly beleive in fairys but never have seen one. although my sister has and this is her story: When I was about 8 and my sister was either 6 or 7 she had lost her tooth. I was a bit bossy at that age and feeling very experianced I was telling my sister all about the tooth fairy because this was her first tooth she had lost and I had already lost heaps. I've allways beleived in fairys but at school a few kids would like to tease me about believing in that and stuff an I kind of lost my belief in the tooth fairy but I ket telling my sister bout it to make sure she believed in it. The night she lost her tooth she placed under her pillow and all the usual things and we both went to bed. One thing with my sister is she has a lot of nightmares and always runs into my room. That night she had one and came into my room and told me all about it, she had dreamt that the tooth fairy didnt come which was wierd because her nightmare are diferent than that. I settled her down and she went back to her room very excited about something when she told me that she just saw a pretty lady jumping out the windowand all she say was her pink skirt and shoes and she said she had a butterfly on her back. I told her to go to sleep now.Early next morning my sister got up and found a one dollar coin and a wishing stone under her pillow. A few years later when I was 10 my mum told me about the tooth fairy being fake. So I asked "so you took the teeth and replaced it with a coin" and my mother replied with "yup" then I also asked "were did you get all those wishing stones then??" and mum had no idea what I was talking about. I still keep all my wishing stones with me in a little box which has a little fairy on top.

A couple of days later, we received this email:

it's chloe, the girl who wrote in from Australia a few days ago. The reason I stumbled across your website was because I was researching fairys or the fae because I have had a slight interest in them recently and I had a few strange dreams envovling them but the wierder part was I realised the ones described in some of your sightings was what was in my dreams and i was quite astonished about this, I've been reading every sighting very carefully to and i have learned a lot of interesting fairy facts especially from the girl who wrote in 2002 her name was debbie I think. I was just wondering with debbies permission would i be able to get into contact with her so I can ask her questions and learn a bit more about the little folk.

I have conversations with my tooth fairy Sasha all the time,but can you please tell me how to let fairies come to my backyard? I put out a plate of honey and flowers and made a fairy house(with eggshell chair, window, welcome fairy mat, and honey bowl) but it's been raining so I can't put it out yet. Will fairies really come?

one time at night i went in to my mom's room to get my baby brother and when i  came out i looked at my room and somthing blue zip past the door it was in my room and when i looked in  my room and it was gone! im sure it was a farie.

Sitting out on my deck about a week ago.  During "Bewitching hour", In my perifial vision, there was a darting object... maybe more.  It was too small for a hummingbird...too quiet to be a dragonfly, and too early in the evening for a Sphinx Moth.  And it purposely stayed clear of my direct view. The evening sun beams would every now & then reflect off it's wings. I'm not sure if I was in their way or they were ok with me sitting there.

I have been fortunate enough to see about 4 fairies in my life. The most recent time, I was 4.I was at my Grandmas house,in the summer.I was sitting underneath the immense oak tree in her small,flower-surrounded back yard, when I saw a soft white light gliding across the grass.As I stared,the light ceased,and a tiny,delicate,corn-silk haired ,breath-taking girl standing in the sunlight.The other times have been silvery laughter,the sound of fluttering wings behind me, and girl with black hair & an ivory dress floating above a river. I am sure I have a sort of connection with the strange world of fairies.

It's been awhile since I've seen or heard anything special or out of the ordinary until a few nights ago. It was midsummer's eve and I was alone in the backyard at night, I had just extended my garden and planted a bunch of new pretty flowers in it that morning. I added a lamp post and two lanterns on it, plus some statues of animals and fairy's. So I  was enjoying my hard work when out of the corner of my eye I began seeing orange lights zig zag around, at first I thoughts it was from my lanterns but I have used my lanterns before and never saw such things and the lights weren't near the lanterns, so I keep my head and eyes still and watched the lights once more move around, until my brother turned on the patio lights, I didn't see the lights after that. So I went to bed, and in the morning I looked out the window and saw a large, fierce looking stone owl statue sitting in the middle of my garden! I love owls and have been trying to see some at night with no luck so far. My parents and brother said they knew nothing about the statue and I read their faces well enough to know their not lying.

Since it's been a few days now, one of them would have confessed by now.

Maybe I was being watched by some fairies and they saw how much I wanted to see an owl, so they dropped off this gift for me on a special night I love celebrating.

I have seen two fairies in my 17 years in this world. My first one was only a month or two ago I was walking my dog at night & I had the feeling I should look up. When I did I seen a glowing ball the size of a soft ball, it was bright yellow & inside of it was another glowing ball the size of a golf ball It flew over me leaving a short light trail. The 2nd one I seen was down at my aunts farm a few weeks later. She lives in a place where there are little people It had been raining a lot so I went up the road to see if any arrow heads had washed down into the creek. I went to a calm wide part, a few minuets of looking in the water, a few feet ahead of me I seen a gray girl with long darker grey hair she was shorter than a foot & was wearing a dress that look like it was made out of patches of different shades of green. She took one leap landed in the middle of the creek on one foot, pushed off the water & leaped to the other side. I looked up & she was gone. I was happy with my shot glimpse & did not bother to look for her.
